It has come to our attention that some users have experienced issues with withdrawing rewards with Ledger Nano S and Trezor hardware wallets. These issues emerged after their own product updates. We understand that these issues are frustrating, but all hope is not lost.

There are some aspects of our applications that are directly related to 3rd party services and products like Google Chrome, Firefox, MetaMask, Ledger Nano S, Trezor, etc. With this in mind, any update carried out within the domain of these 3rd party products can potentially affect the functionality of our linked applications. When our applications are affected, they require our undivided attention as we probably need to make changes in the applications code and the core functionality, which is a time consuming process.

While its in all of our interests that all our applications are fully functional at all times, we occasionally need to accept workarounds for application related activities if they have been affected by 3rd party products.

Our tech team will certainly tackle these issues at one point, so that everyone could enjoy error-free withdrawals the way it was designed. Meanwhile, we have the heroic MetaMask plugin that came to save the day. Ledger Nano S and Trezor ETH addresses can be imported into MetaMask with the addresses private keys still being safely stored within the hardware wallets. After importing your ETH address from your Ledger Nano S or Trezor into MetaMask, you can simply use MetaMask to withdraw all earned rewards.
