Understanding the right time to make your next money move is the key to building true generational wealth. While it is next to impossible to perfectly time the highest or lowest value of an asset or the direction of the marketplace, it is possible to plan a shift of your wealth into the most valuable asset class of that time based on a specific methodology.

Mike Maloney explained a methodology based on the belief that long-term cycles might be the key to unlocking exponential growth, also known as ‘’Wealth Cycles’’. It’s worth noting that Wealth Cycles aren’t a new tool…

Hatchworks conducted due diligence on Arrival, a UK-based electric vehicle start-up focused on offering electric commercial vehicles (rather than selling to consumers), primarily vans and buses.

Arrival is set to merge via a SPAC (Special Purpose Aquisition Company), called CIIG Merger Corp, ‘’CIIC”, ran by U.S. businessman Peter Cuneo. It is expected to go through Q1 2021 and is a deal that gives Arrival an enterprise valuation of $5.4 billion (up from a $3.5 billion private valuation in January 2020). This will give Arrival a ‘’Unicorn’’ status.

The newly combined company, “Arrival Group”, expects to raise in the region of…

However, this itself can create systematic risks for commercial banks as they use deposit funding for lending; fewer deposits will lead to less money for this purpose. The ‘fear’ by commercial banks is that Central Banks (CB) could use this new digital monetary system to offer loans directly to consumers.

A study…
