Hatchworks (spectre.ai) — 2019 Annual General Meeting

Our 2019 Annual General Meeting was held in London at the Gherkin, on May 19th, under the chairmanship of Kay Khemani (Managing Director) and Zisis Skouloudis (COO). Also present from the firm were Athol Nourse (Business Development Director) and Ian Buck (Head of Investor Relations). Participants included SXDT and SXUT token holders from various countries. In their address to the AGM attendees, the team commented on operations in 2018–2019 and the Group’s development during this first fiscal year. This was followed by a look forward to the second year and beyond, covering not just Spectre but also Betverse, Spectre Exchange and some teasers relating to other potential Betverse applications. A long period of Q & A was followed in the afternoon by individual meetings between attendees and members of the team.

Spectre.ai, despite torrid market conditions, continues to strive for high professionalism in all facets of the firm. Until now, our tokens have outperformed the underlying market and, in an industry where there are currently lots of fails and wind-downs, our growth stands out among the crowd. With considerable product development planned to continue for the second year, we expect scaling to commence towards the end of 2019 and continue well into 2020.

The event was attended by approximately 45 people and we would like to extend our thanks to all those who attended. It was a pleasure to meet you all and we are looking forward to our second AGM next year and welcoming many more of our token holders from the world over.
